With twelve years of operational management experience overseeing Air Force facilities, Rudolph has spearheaded janitorial, sanitization, landscaping, pressure washing, and full-foodservice contracts at prestigious bases such as Mather, McClellan, Beale, and Travis Air Force Bases, all under the administration of PRIDE Industries in Roseville, CA.

Rudolph's educational background underscores his commitment to excellence in the field. He holds a Master of Science degree in Personnel Management from Central Michigan University, Mount Pleasant, MI, where he completed 16 hours towards his degree. Additionally, he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Park University in Parkville, MO.
